You will usually want the most recent of these language translation files, however for older openemr-ippf releases an older version may work better. Note first that if you have manually entered custom translations, those will override anything in new language files that you install. If you don't want that, you can first move your custom translations to the main table of translations like this: 1. Back up your site. 2. Go to Administration -> Other -> Manage Translations. 3. Click the Check button to see what your custom translations are. 4. Click Synchronize to move them to the main translations. To install a translation file do the following: 1. Back up your site if you have not already done so. 2. Download the desired csv file. 3. Go to Administration -> Other -> Translation CSV. 4. Select the desired language. 5. Click "Browse..." and select the csv file that you downloaded. 6. Click Submit. 7. Select "constant_name" as the constant column. 8. Select the desired language as the definition column. 9. Click Preview Changes. This will take a little while. 10. If the changes look reasonable, click Commit Changes. This will also take some time.
